Nestaflex 375

The ALL-BOLTED Nestaflex 375 is designed for use in high-voume shipping and receiving applications, especially distribution centers.  This exceptional conveyor is application specific to meet individual material handling requirements.  The 375 is a heavy duty, self tracking gravity skate wheel conveyor that has a per lineal foot capacity of 375 pounds!  The ALL-BOLTED steel frame construction and rugged 4 point leg connection provide the structural integrity and durability needed for today's mosst demanding applications!

Truck Loading System

The Nestaflex 375 is the leading expandable conveyor for outbound product and can be equipped with several engineered options to maximize performance.  Fixed height perpendicular legs make sure convwyor pitch remains constant and provides gravity flow, while the Herringbone Transition centers your product as it goes from your fixed conveyor to the truck loading system.  Storage is made simple by the Guide Track System designed to allow you to store the 375 under your fixed conveyor to maximize control and storage space.

Receiving System

The Nestaflex 375 is also the conveyor of coice for your high volume receiving applications.  Larger casters help move the conveor easily over dock plates.  The optional receiving Impact Conveyor can be built into your system and reduces maintenance issues.

Gravity Skate Wheel Conveyor

Designed to expand, contract and move easily, the 226 is a self tracking, gravity skate wheel conveyor that has a per lineal foot capacity of 226 pounds! This unit is engineered to handle multi-sized cartons in low to medium volume applications.

The ALL-STEEL construction provides unmatched structural integrity, whether the conveyor is extended, compacted or configured in simple or compound curves. Adjustable inner legs vary height to achieve gravity flow. The NESTAFLEX 226 is the choice for use in retail store level applications, packaging areas, assembly lines and in low volume shipping and receiving departments.

Standard Features and Options

Utilizing conveyor rollers is an excellent solution for handling odd shaped boxes, bags and low grade cartons that could hang up on skate wheel conveyors. Flexible conveyors are great at the shipping area, when you need the ability to move, adjust, and reconfigure based on the situation.

• Adjustable Height - Simply turn the locking knob to raise or lower the conveyor bed height.

• Casters with Brakes -Swivel casters roll easily. Caster brakes lock both wheel and swivel simultaneously while the conveyor is in use.
